Selection and identification of products:According to the importer’s technical requirements, a careful assessment is made, which consists of the selection and identification of the products to be exported. All of this carried out by a team of professionals and specialized partners. We have a database with more than 10,000 registered direct and indirect suppliers.
Pre-selection exams:In this phase, the selected products undergo a rigorous battery of procedures that seek to identify those not suitable for supply. Approved products are transported to the quarantine station or warehouse indicated by the importer.
Quarantine: At the quarantine station or warehouse indicated by the importer, the inspection and supervision of the responsible bodies is carried out for the due checks of the quality parameters, quantity required by the importer.
Formalization and legal procedures: During this period, the products are ready to be sent to the importer. The shipment and other legal procedures related to the export process are carried out.
Logistics: Transport involves some special precautions, be it by air, sea or land. The importer has the option of taking responsibility for the transport to the final destination, hiring a specialized company for this or leaving the hiring of the service in our care.
Landing and after-sales: ACQUA TRADING, accompanies the entire export process until the product arrives at the customer. After that, the after-sales process begins with observing the evolution of the business for future needs.
